VAIL JAZZ FESTIVAL

The Vail Jazz Festival is a 10-week program that brings the best talent in the jazz world to the ultimate summer destination in the Colorado Rockies: Vail.

The Festival consists of six distinctive series that run from June – September: Vail Jazz @ Vail Square, Vail Jazz @ The Market, Vail Jazz Club Series, Vail Jazz @ The Remedy, the Vail Jazz Party and Vail Jazz @ Riverwalk.

With over 80 performances and 200 artists, join us this summer as we fill the streets of Vail with the sounds of swing, salsa, blues, Latin, bebop, the American Songbook, and more! CONTENT IN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH PROVIDED BY THE VAIL JAZZ FESTIVAL!

If you are wondering where some of these locations are, here is a quick guide so you can plan accordingly.

Vail Square is in Lionshead where the ice rink is in the winter, and it’s in between Rimini Gelato, Arrabelle and Blue Moose Pizza.

The Market is the Vail Farmers Market on Sunday afternoon in Vail Village. The stage is set up nest to the Solaris lawn.

Remedy is the Lobby Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vail. My personal favorite spot in town.

The Riverwalk is located on the river in Edwards behind the Riverwalk shops.

VAIL FARMERS MARKET

The Vail Farmers Market located in the heart of Vail Village. The event hosts 135 tents and 17 Sundays throughout the summer and fall.

The market has more than just fruits and vegetables, and some of my favorites include locally made horseradish, honey, and cheese spread.

The Vail Farmers Market attracts farms from Palisades, Colorado that travel up the valley with their peaches, cherries, and wine. A lot of their produce fulfills the orders from Harry and David, so you know you are getting top-notch products.

The Vail Farmers Market has locally made lavender products and plenty of stands for eating to your heart’s content!

Vaill Jazz Festival provides live entertainment. View the schedule There any more vendors and sidewalk sales from the permanent retail stores in Vail Village.

A special treat is to stop into the Gilded Spruce at Checkpoint Charlie for not only holiday cheer but also summer gifts, garden gifts, birdhouses, and hummingbird feeders.

It’s a fabulous way to spend Sunday Fun Day!
